I actually don’t know… Eat maybe Vita? Or STK at The Delano? The rooftop at the Delano is really pretty and a nice place to grab a drink if you can get in!
I hear that most of the great restos are in the Design District which isn’t in SoBe but across the harbor.
The only “clubs” I know of in SoBe are Score & Twist. There are other gay clubs/bars, but I actually have no idea.
BUT! IF you’re there on Sunday, definitely go to The Standard for their lazy Sunday party at the pool, and stay for sunset, it’s absolutely gorgeous and it’s open to everyone! Order La Bicicletta from the grill. It’s The St-Germain Cocktail but made with a dry rose wine.
I really don’t know to be honest… Check out Eater Miami, I’m sure they’ve got better recommendations than I do!
